This quest line has been corrected and the quest rewards have been set.

You will now have to take the liver of Utlag Bear Slayer to offer it to the Bear Shrine.

This quest is now available from the Marauder's Chest in Praag.

NPCs now have reduced aggro range behind them and on the sides, so you can sneak past enemies behind them.

You will now recover the Relic Crate to deliver it to Charles the Militant.

The whole quest line is now available and reworked.
