Gear Progression

Warhammer Online's endgame is a seven-tier ward ladder. Each tier unlocks the next when you equip five pieces from any combination of sets at that tier — and at every tier you can choose your acquisition route: RvR (open-world Realm-vs-Realm), Scenario, Dungeon PvE, or Public-Quest PvE. After Ward 7 (Invader) there are no more ward gates — only Renown Rank — and that's where Warlord and Sovereign sit as best-in-slot endgame armor.

Just hit Lv 40?Start at Officer Ward — Annihilator (RvR), Mercenary (Scenario), or Ruin (Tier-4 PQs).Working toward endgame?Invader and Triumphant at the Invader Ward both unlock the final endgame purchases — Warlord and Sovereign.At the top of the ladder?Post-ward endgame: Warlord (RR 70–73) and Sovereign (RR 75–78). Many builds mix Sovereign with Triumphant or Bloodlord.

Genesis Accessories

A separate accessory ladder. Capes (5 Crests) and jewelry (10 Crests) paired together unlock a set bonus. Earnable from level 16+ via Zone Lock bags.

Weapons don't live in the armor-set matrix — they're individual items grouped by named lines. Subjugator is the Lv 40 baseline; Fortress and Bloodlord are the two endgame upgrades (RvR vs PvE). Showing only your career's weapons.

NEEDS VALIDATION: the T1-T3 set names (Recruit / Scout / Soldier ward families) come from the WardTier seed but lack dedicated wiki pages; the Victorious set page on the wiki doesn't yet exist; the per-piece Renown gates on Annihilator / Conqueror are unconfirmed. Sovereign main-spec vs off-spec (King's Ransom vs King's Bounty) split also needs confirmation against in-game data.
