Apparently the One Tusk shroom you got from Heem is a very promising find, which is only Grazlug’s interpretation of Wurrzag while he was in a state of trance holding the One Tusk shroom. Grazlug wants you to return to Heem and try to acquire more One Tusk shrooms.
