The foolish Kislevites have begun their feast to their Tsarina and their false god of flames. Do they not know that Tzeentch is the one true god of flames? His flames bring change, something Kislev will soon learn to embrace. Go to their lands and slaughter their sacred bulls. Offer their hearts to Tzeentch and let us show Kislev what true flames of Change look like!
Travel to the lands of or adjacent to Kislev, such as High Pass, and seek out the Kislevite Bulls, whose flesh will make the perfect offering for Dazh. Return to the Cultist of Flames in the Inevitable City when done.
