Death on the Steppes - Habblo's Payment
Do not be surprised to see me here |c, for Kalendrys Frostsoul did not invest all his hope in one soul, that would be foolish. Though it seems only the two of us found the mage’s lair, and only you emerged victorious. One does not leave an encounter as yours without a trophy, may I suggest bagging his head? You mentioned in your tale the warring factions that hamper the siege of Praag. If the task was to bring peace between the Dolgans and the eastern goblins then the head of their tormentor would do much for one side to soften their position. Ifi the eastern goblins long for payment, let this head suffice. The head of a powerful foe is a prestigious trophy amongst their people.
Edros Darkblood suggests that you take the head of Lord Annandil and offer it as payment to the eastern goblins, on behalf of the Dolgan. The head has no value to you or the dark elves, but the eastern goblins are fond of their trophies and will likely make peace with the Dolgan for this prize. CAUTION: TAKING THIS QUEST WILL PREVENT YOU FROM COMPLETING ‘A SHAMAN’S THANKS’
