Travel to Praag and search the wilds for an Assertive Ursus - an adult bear who has awoken from their hibernation and is trying to prove himself to find a suitable mate. Wrestle the bear until it is unconscious - this means you cannot wear any armor (belt and cape included) or be in a party. Return to Viktor Radziuk at the Market Square in Altdorf when done.
