If the beastmen have learned to extract manticore venom, then it means that they have somehow corrupted or tamed or manipulated the lone manticore within the Holding Pits. Goremane. If the beast does not kill the beastmen, then it must be killed. It has one role, that is to kill. There is no room for corruption in the Sacellum.
Enter the southern Holding Pits of the Sacellum dungeon and kill Goremane. Return to Marius Darkwind when you have completed the task.
