Looking down at the corpse of the orc, you can see that whatever he harvested is nowhere to be found. Grogru da Elder certainly won't be happy with this news and is very likely to bring down Gork's Fist on your head. Harvest what you can as a peace offering. If you find any items on your enemies that might indicate where this 'Green Rag' is flying, maybe that will help appease Grogru da Elder.
Kill players in Ekrund, Mount Bloodhorn, or the Gates of Ekrund to harvest their Green Guts. If you find a Stunty Map on one of the players, then make sure to examine it to see where the 'Green Rag' Grogru da Elder saw in his vision is flying.
