Enter the Dragonback Pass dungeon and clear it with at least one player below level 16 in your party. Return to Morgle Da Knowingest at Screeb's Stunty Killin' Camp in Mount Bloodhorn when done. NOTE: This quest is repeatable once every 22 hours.
