Making Soldiers of Militiamen

These poor souls never received any training, they were just sent off to march to their death. All I alone can give them is the divine strength to hold to their convictions in the face of the enemy. I cannot be in more than one place at the same time. Veteran fighters such as yourself |c are needed to train these militiamen and make soldiers of them. Without training they are nothing more than sacrificial offerings to slow down the advance of Chaos. Slowing down the enemy is not enough. We must go on the offensive if we are to keep the Empire, and all of mankind, safe.

Complete the normal and hard public quests in chapters 2, 3, and 4 in Nordland and Norsca with a player at or below level 10 in your party. Return to Ulfred Hartzwick at Arnholdt's Company in Nordland when done. NOTE: This quest is repeatable once every 22 hours.
