Complete the normal and hard public quests in chapters 2, 3, and 4 in the Blighted Isle and Chrace with a player at or below level 10 in your party. Return to Ranthala Darkthought at the Cynathai Span in the Blighted Isle when done. NOTE: This quest is repeatable once every 22 hours.
