Cultivating is a Gathering Skill that grows ingredients for potions. It’s best paired with the Apothecary Crafting Skill. Speak to Balagil Axegrinder and select “Learn Trade Skills” if you want to learn the Cultivating Skill. Speak to him again to take a free sample of seeds that you can grow into potion ingredients.
