I cannot expect you to bring back an entire carcass, given the size of the typical Manticore, but samples of their vital organs should be sufficient.

Search Dragonwake for Manticores. Kill the beasts when you find them, and take samples of their vital organs. Find Methuine Amberblossom on the main road when done.
