Travel across Redhammer Station to the entrance of Dragonback Pass. Defeat the dwarfen defenders within so that the Bloody Hand can claim all of the Dragonbacks as their own. Travel north to Bastion Stair via Praag and challenge the followers of the Blood God to show them who has the bloodiest of hands. Kill the tuskgor within and return to Gorsh Smashmouf at Gorgor's Smash in Ekrund.
