The Decaying Daemon Moon looks down upon this city with an unhealthy appetite. The Plague Lord sees the living as hosts waiting for his unwelcome presence. When he smiles down upon us, his forces stir to strike from within. The Inevitable City is in danger of being corrupted from within by Nurgle's forces. They amass and prepare to strike from within the Bilerot Burrow. Purge the Plague Lord's lair of his decayed warriors and I'll see to it that you are rewarded for your efforts.
Enter the Bilerot Burrow beneath the Monolith. Kill the bosses within and return to the Dark Beast Hunter at the Inevitable City Apex when done.
