Kill an enemy Empire player and take their head. Pike this head on the eastern end of the Raven's End Woods across from Kraussner's Garrisson where Rembard Ilsbard is camped. Draw him into combat and kill him. Take one of his hands as proof, and return with it to Egil Eagletongue at the Raven's Edge warcamp in Ostland.
