It is said that she suckled at the breat of a harpy, nourished with hatred and contempt. Coldheart's presence alone in Saphery has filled the citizens with dread. Those who could have fled into the Annulii, choosing to face the Chaos breeds there rather than await Coldheart's blade.

Travel to Thanon Hall in Briargale and search for the Witch Elf Meriss Coldheart. Kill her and bring peace to the people of Saphery. Return to Elithir Greyspear at Thornvale Manor when done.
