We have killed the cubs, but the head of the pack in these lands still lives. Her name is Raelyn Wildmane and she is a stranger in this land. A lioness without a pack. She has already begun the journey to Lothern to take her position beside the Phoenix Throne. The lioness was last seen on the Plane of Blades to the east. Lacking her own kind to walk amongst, I suppose she seeks refuge among the griffons. You will see to it that she will find no refuge.

Travel east to the Plain of Blades and find the White Lion Raelyn Wildmane near the Skyrage Griffon nests. Kill her and return to Lieutenant Dazhnek at Knife's Edge.
