After the first Battle of Black Fire Pass, the tribes of these lands saw the strength in unity, and they formed the Empire under Sigmar’s bold leadership. However, some threats come from within. It was only after the Empire was formed that some foes emerged, afraid of the power that was forming around them. One such foe was the incredibly dangerous necromancer Morath. He thrived on the disunity of the tribes of men and their petty border squabbles over sheep, but a unified Empire he could not abide. When he stirred to challenge the Empire, Sigmar was ready with Ghal Maraz.

Travel to an ancient stone commemorating Sigmar’s life in Ostland, and use it to summon the Spirit of Morath. Defeat the spirit and return to Temple Historian Krauhautz in Altdorf when done.
