Take the Sacrificial Lamb Sebastian Fruhlssucher gave you to the Sacrificial Altar in Ostland. Use the altar to place the lamb upon it, and then sacrifice the lamb to the appease Rhya. Return to Sebastian Fruhlssucher in Altdorf when done.
