Altdorf's Plumbing Problem

Is it a welcome you're looking for? I'm not part of the welcoming committee, didn't run for that position and wouldn't take it if it came with a fancy salary. We, the defenders of Altdorf, must always be vigilant for any signs of foul play in our city. Ruffians, radicals, rats. You name it, we've got to watch out for it. Since I'm not in the business of warm welcomes, then how about I give you the proper welcome for a knight? The Altdorf sewers are not as squeaky clean as the rat catchers might have you believe.
