I'll tell you what, I have five of these bands and am willing to part with one, on one condition. If you want to lay eyes on those magical bands, you'll first have to prove to me that you are capable of not only harnessing the power of these bands, but you are able to kill some of our false kin. There is a tower southwest of here that is defended by a mage of some competence. Kill her and show to me that you will use your power to unleash death upon our foes, only then will I part with one of the magical bands.
