Place the Ley Stones at the cardinal points surrounding the Stone of Valetear, which is found to the south within the Weeping Vale, and then dispatch the captain of the High Elf defenders. Return to Kilraena Dreamlasher at Malagurn's Charge in Lionmarch when done.
