Nothing has changed regarding your orders. You are to secure the Rift at the top of Bastion Stair, thereby claiming the Bastion Stair in the Raven God's name. You do not know why, but Tchar'zanek sent the Raven Host here to secure a spear in the possession of the doombull leading the Bloodherd. This spear is somehow tied into claiming control of the Rift. If you're to carry out Tchar'zanek's commands, Thar'Ignan must be destroyed!

Enter Thar'Ignan's lair, where he guards the Bloodherd herdstone. Defeat the mighty Doombull, and recover the artifact that is granting the Bloodherd their unnatural strength. Return to Livia Aselta near the Bastion stair entrance once you have the Spear.
