The ones we need to eliminate are the ghouls. They still bear some human instincts. Kill the ghouls and make your way back to von Raukov. Let him know that we still fight and have not given up on Wolfenburg, and he should not give up on us.

Search the streets of Wolfenburg for the Afflicted Ghouls and kill them. Return to Valmir Von Raukov in the camp outside Wolfenburg once the streets are free of rotting filth.
