Public Quests (PQs) are open world events where you complete local objectives to advance the PQ to the next stage, each stage getting harder, with the final stage having a champion or hero level enemy. You can win bags by completing PQs, with gold bags containing powerful pieces of armor sets, or you can obtain War Tokens to buy armor pieces if you are unlucky. Venture forth and try some nearby PQs.
