I've got word that a warband of those slack-jawed savage Orcs are gettin' all worked up in the hills. That means one thing, an attack! Go to the hill northeast of 'ere, and be quick about it. Light the signal bier there that'll alert the Oathbearers still out hunting for the old brightstone mine. I know it ain't much, but it's all we can do for 'em.
Travel to the north road in Black Tar Canyon. Find and light the Signal Bier to alert the other Oathbearers. Return to Dundin Balberen at Copperstone's River Crossing once the Signal Bier has been lit.
