That's no normal greenskin drops, I'll tell you that. I've destroyed plenty of greenskin camps, and I've never seen anything the likes of this. Go in there and root out the cause of the corruption.
Venture into Da Big Stink and slay 20 of the Nurglings that are causing the corruption. Return to Kromil Weatheredmane at Gav's Oathbearers when you have done so.
