Follow the road south and east to the Wyvern Nesting Grounds. Follow the narrow path leading up into the hills and search for the Enraged Poisonwing. Use Dieter's talisman in your inventory, and fight the Wyvern. Return to Dieter at Gav's Oathbearer's with the results of the battle.
