Opening the chest, you find a single bone within. Small though it is, it seems clear that this is quite likely a bone from Azorgaron himself. Destroying such an artifact would be a great blow to these cultists. Quickly, you grab the bone from the chest and stow it in your pack.
Travel north to the cliffs which overlook the lava pool in the Moltenwing Wyvern nesting grounds. Draw the Relic of Azorgaron from your backpack and cast it into the lava. Return to Byor Deepforge when done.
