Look for the mine near Duraz Deb in Peak Pass. Once there, fight your way through the Karaz-a-Karak Guards to find the Kadrin Runner. Return to Bax Dreadtoof at Badrot's Bashin' Place with any correspondence the Dwarf may have been carrying.
