Raising Da Banner

Rite den, wif da long sticks, now we'z gotta find strong rope to tie da sticks togetha. Stunties got ropes on dere boats, well not dis un dat's stuck on da sand. It's got nuffing. Dere's anudda stunty ship not far from 'ere. Probably got lotsa rope. Come to fink o' it... we can use stunty beards to tie udda things to da banner too! Can bash stunties dere for dere beards. Dere beards iz like small greasy rope!

Travel west down the coast towards Ironrock Point Lighthouse and board the undamaged ironclad there. Find a coil of rope which will be used to tie the crossbeam to the pole. Kill some dwarfs for their beards there, their beards will be useful for tying smaller deccorations to the banner. Return to Litl' Bash at Mobash's Place when you're done.
