Youse is gonna have to mix it yourself. And don't forget to spit! Spit n' tar |n! Wifout it, yer warpaint washes right off.
Find the barrel of tar in Muggar's Choppaz and acquire some tar for Grulk's warpaints. Then, open your inventory, and use the jar Grulk gave you to add a bit of spit. Speak with Skabul to see if your mixture is right.
