You look at the cauldron full of green liquid and chunks of flesh being pushed around by the bubbles. The nearby orc doesn't seem particularly interested in eating it. It seems he was put here to guard the cauldron, though he has clearly grown tired of doing nothing, so you decide to inquire about the cauldron and if you can have a bite to eat. He grunts back, "Not for scoffin', or dat shaman on da dung tower'll have my guts."
Find the shaman the war stompa was talking about and poke and prod until he tells you more about the cauldron.
