Venture out into Mount Bloodhorn and search for Grogru da Elder's assistant, who was apparently harvesting 'da greenest organs'... which you guess is the gallbladder? Grogru mentioned that he went to 'da stunty place in Bloodhorn.' Find him and tell him to bring back his harvest so Grogru can continue seeing 'Da Great Green'.
