You assume Rorg won't be terribly pleased to get his choppa back, only to see it is somewhat useless at chopping. It's best you test it before givin' him something that is useless. He seemed a bit emotional.
Go to a nearby pine tree and test Rorg's Choppa on it. Afterwards sharpen it on a rock. This can be done by right clicking on the Choppa in your quest bag while selecting the intended game object. Afterwards return it to Rorg in Da Big Burn.
