Youse gonna need a snottie arm... but we ain't got any snotties to spare, so you can go grab one o' dem rottin' humies' snotties. Dey got short arms, but 'un of dem'll work gud enuff.
Go to the Blight-Favored Cult and kill 'snotlings' in the form of nurglings until you find a suitably long enough arm. Return to Glutnik at Da Big Burn to check if the arm is passable.
