That artifact you found at the Elf ruins must have some sort of value attached to it, but I have no idea how valuable it is unless I find someone gifted in lore-mastery. Take the thing to Friar Morgenwald. He knows something of the history of Elves in this place, perhaps he can tell you what it is.
