Some dwarfen powder just came in with the merchant's wagon before the siege started, and the mortar ammunition arrived from Wolfenburg before it fell.
Gather dwarfen black powder and mortar ammunition in Bohsenfels to load the mortar. Return to Soldier Timur in Bohsenfels once you have acquired these items.
