Take this to go and capture the red wind, so I can divine the location of he who against me sinned. Aqshy burns brightest where there is fire, so look near for flames and not in the mire. Uncork the vial and it will do its work, though near the flames long do not lurk. Their power one such as you will certainly burn, to harness the winds one needs much to learn.
Find a source of raging fire nearby and use Maximillian's Vial in your quest bag to capture the essence of Aqshy. Return to Otto Maximillian in Bohsenfels with the vial.
