We have slain many, but still they come, relentlessly moving directly into the Swale, yet avoiding any contact with us. There is a pattern here, a most unusual one for the minions of the Witch King. Travel south into Erraneth and relay the intentions of the Dark Elves to the Shining Guard leaders in Sternbrow's Lament.
