The presence of two rival houses ready to come to blows would be a ray of hope in this dark hour. The leaders of the Dark Elves carry signet rings emblazoned with the symbol of their house. With such a ring, we could foment greater strife within the ranks of our enemy. I do not relish what needs to be done but I have faith in you |c, to see it through until the bitter end.
Travel southeast to the tower ruins in Reaver's Mark, and find Lordling Vathalar. Defeat him, and claim his ring. Return to Ithiloen Truedale at the Shining Guard camp in Reaversrping when done.
