The Seal of Humility is nowhere to be found. If you are to find it, the trail starts with Herien's killer. Judging from the encroaching silence all around you, that task might be easier than you would like.
Defeat Lieutenant Ortaen and retrieve the Seal of Humility. Slay him quickly, lest he leads you into a trap. Return to Lorimas Solanaeyn once you have the Seal.
