Soon you will be able to deliver the Potion of Corruption to Urias at the Wayshrine of Ulric! All that remains is to harvest the blood of a holy man and the mixture will be complete!
Search Ulric's Pass for the Wayshrine of Sigmar, and slaughter Simon Hirtzel to harvest his blood. Then travel to the Wayshrine of Ulric south of Raven's End Wood and deliver the Potion of Corruption to Urias.
