Now it all makes sense... how the old crone looks to be younger than her daughters. She guards the Corroptor's Crown for her master, and he in turn has a willing poppet. Go south of Volgen and punish the Barbarous Brigands and Plunderers for their pact with the Dark Prince. Make sure to kill their leader, Alfonse Medichi. Return to Hrami Lund whe you're done punishing the bandits.
