The Pale Eye

Docks been seeing some visitors. Heard there was a merchant all the way from Tilea visiting. Yep, all kinds of strange folk mulling about. Plenty o' reports about suspicious activity going on round that part of our fair city. Some merchants have been complainin' that their goods been turnin' up missing. Now I ain't talkin' about the kind from the likes of a forgetful butcher forgettin' to pick up 'is lamb cut, or a vendor misplacing a bushel. I'm talking about ship loads. Kind of loot it would take ten or fifteen men to move. That screams organized theft to me. Word is you've a good eye. Have a look around 'em docks when you get a chance. Let me know if'n you notice or find anything out of the ordinary.

Search the Altdorf Docks for anything out of the ordinary indicating possibility of organized theft. Return with it to Captain Lochner in the War Quarters.
