This coded message is from Garland Plainsong, a noble of Tor Elyr, to the forces in eastern Ellyrion. He is trying to organize an attack against our flank. He and his family are known to the Druchii. We were planning on dealing with them after Tor Elyr fell, but it seems we may have to expediate that. His daughter resides in a manor outside the city. Take her head and bring it to her father.

Take Elys Plainsong's head and then enter Tor Elyr and make your way to the Plainsong Tower in the southwestern corner of the city. Place Elys Plainsong's head in plain view and wait for her enraged father to emerge.
