The High Elves have a habit of keeping the organs of their most powerful allies within ornamental jars, urns, and the like. It is a dangerous task that is set before you, but given your performance thus far, I feel confident that you will do an excellent job.
Go to Loryndaal and recover the Heart of Aveliyan. The Heart of Aveliyan is kept within a jar somewhere within Loryndaal. Return to Syllian Rendingblade at her camp near the coast when done.
