Find Tomas Schurmann, our acting 'representative' there. Give this book to him, and tell him that his long wait is nearly at an end.

Travel to Salzenmund, in Nordland. Search for Tomas Schurmann, the leader of a cult within the region. He can be found in the foothills northwest of Salzenmund. Give the Oozing Manuscript to Tomas, and then return to Pherix, Master of Change, in the Inevitable City.
