That cursed flame is beyond our sorceresses’ power. The situation must change, you must go into the Bright Wizard College and obtain the Soulfire of an Aqshy flame for our sorceresses to study. Now then my mighty valuable warrior, go forth and champion our cause.

Infiltrate Altdorf and sneak into the Bright Wizard College. Once inside, steal the Aqshy essence, known to the Dark Elves as Soulfire, from an Aqshy Torch. Return to Raetha Blooddaughter in the Inevitable City when done.
